Iran is rising as a military power in the Middle East and is actively trying to develop nuclear weapons capability. The Bible predicts that this country will be aligned with Russia in an attack upon Israel before Christ returns. It is no surprise that Russia is now Iran’s principle backer and has vetoed attempts to further sanction Iran in the U.N. Security Council. Iran and Russia’s attack on Israel is predicted to start a war that will last 3 1/2 years and will include several nuclear exchanges, which will devastate most of the world. Only the coming of Christ will bring an end to the madness of this world.
